The Somerville Youth Development and Boxing Club Incorporated (the "Club") is the sole owner of any information that we may collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

No personally-identifiable information (e-mail address, name, etc.) is collected with the cookies that we set; accepting cookies while on the Club's website will not put you at risk for marketing by other organizations or websites.
Data Analysis
We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement and gather demographic information for reporting and sponsorship purposes.
Sharing of Data
We may also share aggregated demographic information with our agents, sponsors and donors, but such data are not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

The Club takes reasonable precautions to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of user information under our control.
Feedback From Our Users
The Club may ask for input from users via web surveys, or provide other forums for the contribution of ideas or content from our users. Participation in such communication is completely voluntary and the user, therefore, has a choice whether or not to disclose such information. The Club will only use such information for the improvement of the website and the other operations of the Club.

If the Club decides to change its privacy policy, we will post an updated privacy policy to this page, which will be effective upon such posting.
Donor Privacy
The Club is committed to respecting the privacy of its donors and will never share information about its donors with any third party, other than agents of the Club with a need for such information and as may be required for reporting or legal reasons.
We will respect all requests to be removed from any mailing list.
The Club collects and maintains certain information from donors, including: the amount donated, the mailing address, email address, telephone number and donor comments. Tax laws in the United States require the Club to keep contact information and contribution level of donors on file.
The Club will never sell, trade, rent or share names, e-mail or physical addresses, or telephone numbers of our donors. To show our appreciation, the Club may cite donors' names in periodic reports - unless a donor expresses a wish to remain anonymous. Our use of donor contact information (e-mail, telephone number and address) will be limited to (a) distribution of receipts, (b) announcements as to Club news and events or initiatives, (c) reports to U.S. and state taxing authorities, and (d) internal record keeping and planning.
Financial Information
The Club will limit access donor financial information to employees, volunteers and agents of the Club whose job requires them to process such data.
To accept contributions and/or process purchases of merchandise via credit card or ACH payment processing, the Club will only use established, reputable online payment processing services. Unless requested by the donor for the purpose of processing recurring donations or purchases, the Club will not store and will not have access to donors' and purchasers' credit card information, bank account numbers or other account data sent to those processing services.
